It's almost here. Yep. The BIG 4-0 that everyone talks about like it's end days. For me, it's another decade that I hope to complete. That I hope is the best yet because, I'll be honest here, I feel like I'm just finding my groove in life. My face and butt might sag a bit but my spirits are high. Y'all, that's the best I could hope for!

Have you got any goals to finish by the end of the year too? If they're similar maybe we could link up somehow and celebrate!

WOW, what a list! Love it!! I totally read 12 & 13 all mish-mashed and thought... shave a baby possum? What? Relieved it was just my mistake! Hehe.
ReplyDeleteWow you got a lot of stuff crossed off! Good for you! I'm right behind ya, I turn 40 next December and I don't have list lol! But I am determined to make my 40s better than my 30s because frankly, it was uneventful and I just worked A LOT with very little play. That's gonna chance (I'm not gonna wait till next year). Like you, I also feel like I'm finding my groove with life and feeling good about it. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful goals! I love the animal rights stuff! Did you go to Atlanta Vegfest this year? I was supposed to go, but my toddler had a tummy bug. I hope to go next year. Last year Isa Chandra Moskowitz was there and this year they had the Vegan Black Metal Chef (OMG check out his youtube if you haven't already).
ReplyDeleteIf you ever want to do a proper High Tea, there's a place called Dr. Bombay's Underwater Tea Party in Candler Park (Atlanta) that does one. One day I would l love to attend one too. http://www.drbombays.com/
