Yesterday was full of new stuff for me since I trained for 2 new positions at work - baker (I'll definitely share more about this in another post) and expo.  It was also an incredibly long day that started at 8am and ended at 3am...ay yi yi.  Most was work related time but I did make a rare appearance at one of my husband's shows and, well, I had a few whiskey dranks and ended up dancing to CAKE during an impromptu music party at our house.  Not a typical Wednesday night but a fun one nonetheless.

Today was supposed to be my only day off this week but, alas, someone bamboozled me and now I'm working.  La, the monies will be helpful and since I get to eat desserts for free now (booya!) I might just treat myself to a cuppa tea and some cake.  Yep, that sounds like a perfect way to make the best of things...
