Incredible Athens!

Brady and I returned from Athens, GA around 3.30pm yesterday...and then I had to hightail it to work at 4.30pm.  Luckily, I got a nap in on the drive home.

We stayed at a super cool little place out near Tallasee Road...very secluded and complete with chickens, goats, donkey, dogs and and excellent night sky.

I just loved the fuzzy chickens and their fuzzy butts.  So cute.  Almost as cute as the hubby being silly in the last picture.  Goober.

Oh, and did I mention that our place was only $25!!!!! a night??!!!?!!  Yep.  Air bnb is the best thing we've found yet.

Athens.  Yeah, Athens is pretty amazing to me.  Smallish town with big ideas, cheap food/booze and good music.  What's not to like?  Also a big plus? - FRIENDS!

So, we are about 85% sure we are moving in June.  I feel oh-so-much-better about it now then I did 2 months ago.  I'm actually kind of excited!

Ok.  Have to finish cooking up lentils and email real estate companies and update my resume.  Woo!?
